🏅 Addmission - Procedure:


II. In addition they must physically confirm the following requirements.
i) Height 137 cm and above
ii) Weight 32kg. and above
iii) Chest expansion must not be less than 3.8 cm in respect of chest measurements.
iv) Relaxation in height according to age.
15-18 age - 3” or 7.5 cm
18-20 age - 1” or 2.5 cm
Since there is scope for increasing their weight during training period there is no stipulation for weight.
Eyes: Applicant should not have eye infection in the eye lids.
Visual Acuity: The minimum visual acuity for all training courses should be 6/18 in eye
while not wearing the glass or 6/12 in one eye and 6/24 in another eye.
Ears: Both ears must be in good condition and free from supportive devices.
Hearing aids may not be allowed.
Eligibility and age:
(a) For Electrician, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Fitter, and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician course a Pass in 10th/S.S.L.C or HSC Pass/Fail is essential.
(b) The Age of an applicant should be between 15 to 40 years as on First week of August of the Commencing Sessions.
Application:
Application for admission to the various trades is made in the prescribed form, which can be obtained along with the Prospectus from office of the Islamiah Industrial Training Institute, Alangayam Road, Newtown, Vaniyambadi – 635752 on payment of ………….
The filled up application should reach the Principal of the Institute on or before……………………Applicant will be asked to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee along with their parents/ Guardian.
The Applicant should bring the following Certificates.
1. S.S.L.C Mark Sheet - (Original + 3 Xerox)
2. Transfer Certificates - (Original + 3 Xerox)
3.Community Certificate- (Original + 3 Xerox).
4. Migration Certificates (In case of other States of India) - (Original + 3 Xerox).
5. Aadhar Card - (2 Xerox only)
6. Bank Passbook - (2 Xerox only)
Session: Admission to the Technical Training Centre is made once in a year.
Training session will commence in the month of August and this is a Non – Vacation Training.
Fees:
Prospectus and Application form will be supplied on payment of Rs…….. …….. either in cash/D.D./M.O.
The First Semester fees should be paid alongwith the Admission fees/ on first day of commencing session.
Semester fee is payable on or before 10th day of each Semester/as mentioned in the Circular issued by the Principal. Examination fees is payable before the last date as mentioned in the Circular issued by the Principal.
The Trainees are responsible for the proper upkeep and safe custody of the tools, instruments & machineries entrusted to them during training. If they fail to keep them properly, any loss arising will be recovered from the trainees responsible for the same. Disciplinary action will also be taken against them in cases where it is considered necessary.
